Position: Senior Human Resources Advisor Location: Gillingham, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday: 07:30–16:00, Tuesday–Thursday: 07:30–15:30, Friday: 07:30–14:30 (37 hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Some flexibility may be required. Role Overview: Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, foster a positive workplace culture, and support organisational performance. Manage complex employee relations cases, workplace investigations, and HR policy implementation. Key Responsibilities: Work with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making. Advise managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Conduct workplace investigations and resolve conflicts effectively. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures. Deliver training to managers on employment law and HR best practice. Support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.
