Mechanical & Climatic Testing

Hybrid (3 days on-site)

An exciting opportunity for a Quality Lead to take ownership of quality standards in a Mechanical and Climatic Test Laboratory. This role acts as the UKAS Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and maintaining accreditation across a wide range of environmental testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain UKAS accreditation (ISO 17025)
• Conduct regular audits and manage non-conformance processes
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure testing quality and compliance
• Oversee quality for both test and internal calibration activities

What You’ll Need:

• Background in Quality Assurance/Quality Management
• Knowledge of environmental testing and/or calibration
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• (Desirable) Experience with UKAS and ISO 17025
• (Bonus) Familiarity with DEF STAN 00-035 or similar standards
