Mechanical & Climatic Testing
Hybrid (3 days on-site)
An exciting opportunity for a Quality Lead to take ownership of quality standards in a Mechanical and Climatic Test Laboratory. This role acts as the UKAS Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and maintaining accreditation across a wide range of environmental testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain UKAS accreditation (ISO 17025)
- Conduct regular audits and manage non-conformance processes
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure testing quality and compliance
- Oversee quality for both test and internal calibration activities
What You’ll Need:
- Background in Quality Assurance/Quality Management
- Knowledge of environmental testing and/or calibration
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- (Desirable) Experience with UKAS and ISO 17025
- (Bonus) Familiarity with DEF STAN 00-035 or similar standards
