Responsibilities:
- Carrying out checks on individual project evaluations and highlighting key risks or concerns for discussion with the delivery teams.
- Overseeing the appraisal of project timelines to ensure they are clear, realistic, and aligned with wider programme planning standards.
- Taking the lead in developing integrated baseline schedules to enable successful programme delivery in line with agreed planning approaches.
- Reviewing cost-to-complete estimates at the project level, including scrutiny of atypical forecasts, to inform overall cost projections.
- Managing schedule risk assessments across relevant projects and ensuring risks and opportunities are properly addressed.
- Contributing to new business activity by supporting bid teams and embedding sound project management fundamentals from the outset.
