Project Lead Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Lead Engineers to join our growing team. This role involves leading the design, development, and verification of products throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Lead Engineer (PLE) will tailor project lifecycle processes and governance based on identified risks to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a multidisciplinary engineer who can oversee and review inputs from various functional engineering teams and act as the main technical point of contact with the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear technical leadership and direction to the project team.
  • Develop and maintain the Engineering Management Plan.
  • Ensure engineering governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage technical risks and opportunities, including mitigation and capture activities.
  • Contribute to bid preparation and write technical proposals in collaboration with the bid team.
  • Maintain configuration control over the technical aspects of the product and project.
