Integration and Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integration and test plans aligned with project requirements
• Implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using industry tools
• Debug and resolve issues across the tech stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and middleware
• Support the delivery of complex systems into broader architectures
• Contribute to deployments across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in system integration and software testing
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with tools like Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, and Confluence
• Skilled in test automation frameworks (commercial and open-source)
• Ability to design and execute test strategies, including functional and non-functional testing
• Experience setting up and managing test environments, including Blue-Green deployments
• Competence in analyzing test data, identifying issues, and reporting outcomes effectively

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or specialisms in Agile, Performance, or Security testing
• An active eDV or UKIC clearance.
