We’re looking for a hands-on Controls Engineer to design and develop real-time control software for inverters, converters, and motor drives. You’ll work closely with a small team of hardware and systems engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions from concept to validation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop embedded C/C++ code for DSPs and microcontrollers.
  • Design and implement control strategies for power systems.
  • Build and test prototypes; support system integration and verification.
  • Translate and refine customer requirements into working solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to define interfaces and ensure system performance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with embedded software, ideally in high-integrity sectors (e.g., aerospace, automotive).
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, microcontrollers, and real-time control.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with power electronics, requirements tools (e.g. DOORS), and agile development.
