Are you ready to lead and shape the commercial strategy of a dynamic and innovative business? On behalf of our client within the Defence industry we are looking for a Commercial Manager to join them, primarily supporting on the Operational Services and Support business segment.
As the commercial lead for OSS, you’ll partner closely with the Segment Director to transform strategy into actionable commercial solutions. You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring smooth execution across all stages of the bid and project lifecycle. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure effective contracts and agreements that drive success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Activities: Provide commercial input for tenders, offers, and negotiations. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements/contracts with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work as part of a cross-functional team to manage the commercial lifecycle of projects.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, bids, and tenders with professionalism and precision.
