Responsibilities of CNC Machinist:
- Operate and adjust a multi-axis CNC machining centre as required.
- Strong milling machining skills are essential.
- Experience with ITNC 530 control, Heidenhain programming, right-angle heads, and heavy engineering manufacturing and setting.
- Familiarity with Shop Mill programming is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2/3-axis programming skills is required.
- De-burr cast components following machining.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections using reference charts.
- Keep accurate efficiency records for machinery.
