Working as part of a UK-wide Reach and Engagement team, the Online Experience team is integral to all departments, ensuring that relevant Innovate UK Business Connect audiences are offered a fully engaging and valuable online experience into the innovation ecosystem in the UK. Acting as both gatekeepers and brand ambassadors, the team continually seeks ways to evolve and improve Innovate UK Business Connect’s online positioning. This is a content management focused role. As part of the web team, you will collaborate effectively with communications managers, technical experts (Knowledge Transfer Managers), and Event Managers to upload and manage daily requests across our websites associated with Innovate UK Business Connect. This role will be based in our Edinburgh office with flexibility to work from home.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be a first responder to Innovate UK Business Connect’s digital channels
  • Support teams with regular communications, uploading content to content management systems
  • Monitor brand, content, and overall experience online and during events
  • Assist with data monitoring, analysis, and reporting for campaigns and teams
  • Collaborate with online experience, social, CRM, and campaigns teams to engage new audiences
  • Promote best practices online across Innovate UK Business Connect
