This role has 3 years funding secured through the ‘People and Places’ National Lottery Community Fund.
Innovate Trust are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join the Participation Team as a Relationship Project Officer. The role will involve working with 200 learning disabled adults and liaising with professionals across Wales to improve education and support developing relationships safely.
The project co-ordinator will engage new participants, liaise with relevant professionals, co-produce resources and training materials, and facilitate peer support groups with the aim of promoting the development of safe relationships. You will be part of a team and work closely with colleagues to meet project aims and objectives.
The project will sit within the Participation Team department at Innovate Trust which incorporates a range of innovative projects that seeks to promote the rights of people with learning disabilities and other additional needs.

- Enjoy working with in a team to achieve project aims and objectives.
- Be committed to completing a Level 4 Relationship & Sex Education (RSE) Qualification if equivalent is not already held.
