Mae Innovate Trust yn chwilio am berson brwdfrydig i ymuno â’r Tîm Cyfranogiad fel Swyddog Prosiect Perthynas. Bydd y rôl yn cynnwys gweithio gyda 200 o oedolion ag anableddau dysgu a chysylltu â gweithwyr proffesiynol ledled Cymru i wella addysg a chefnogi datblygu cydberthynasau’n ddiogel. Bydd y cydlynydd prosiect yn ymgysylltu â chyfranogwyr newydd, yn cysylltu â gweithwyr proffesiynol perthnasol, ac yn cyd-gynhyrchu adnoddau a deunyddiau hyfforddi a hwyluso grwpiau cymorth cyfoedion gyda'r nod o hyrwyddo datblygiad cydberthynasau diogel. Byddwch yn rhan o dîm ac yn cydweithio'n agos â chydweithwyr i gyflawni nodau ac amcanion y prosiect. Bydd y prosiect yn rhan o adran y Tîm Cyfranogiad yn Innovate Trust sy'n ymgorffori amrywiaeth o Brosiectau Arloesol sy'n ceisio hyrwyddo hawliau pobl ag anableddau dysgu ac anghenion ychwanegol eraill.
