We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Development Manager to join our clients\’ team, playing a pivotal role in driving supplier performance, managing risks, and enhancing supply chain capability. This role spans multiple programmes in a dynamic environment, supporting both established and emerging technologies. The Supplier Development Manager will: * Oversee a diverse portfolio of suppliers, ensuring day-to-day performance and delivering detailed reports to project teams. * Assess and enhance supplier capabilities to meet both current and future delivery requirements. * Conduct capacity audits to identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and yield issues, while mapping sub-tier supplier networks. * Apply lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to boost supplier delivery and quality. * Develop and validate process flows, perform lead time analysis, and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks. * Utilize problem-solving frameworks such as DMAIC for root cause analysis and drive improvement initiatives. * Prepare and present executive summaries based on comprehensive data analysis. * Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving supply chain excellence.
