Senior Mechanical Engineer We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a skilled engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the design and development of cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems and precision machinery. Key Responsibilities: * Design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks and perform classical engineering analysis (stress, fatigue, vibration). * Be able to manage a small, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high-quality designs meet cost, time, and quality objectives. * Collaborate with production and test teams, providing technical support and ensuring designs meet specifications through lab testing. * Work closely with project managers and sales teams to estimate timelines, deliverables, and provide proposals or quotations.
