KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful Graduate Software Engineer will use programming languages (C++) and technologies to provide creative and practical solutions to a range of technical problems.
- You will develop and test applications and programs to support the company’s products.
- Develop and test software programs, unit testing and software configuration control.
- You will be involved in the implementation of the content of high and low level detailed software design specifications, storyboards and interface specifications.
- Provide support of products through conception to product delivery including problem solving, defect maintenance and support to customer services and keep abreast of improvements and developments within software engineering and other duties as requested.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronic, Computer Science, Physics, Computing or similar engineering field or equivalent professional experience or combination of both.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience of specification, design and development of software desirable.
- Current knowledge of programming language and technologies - C++.
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and resolve issues.
Personal Qualities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to problem solve and find effective resolutions.
- Ability to work as part of a team towards individual and shared goals.
- Self motivated with the ability to work on own initiatives.
