We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer / Procurement professional with Facilities Management experience to support procurement across site services and estates operations. This role focuses on FM procurement, including services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, and building support. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage sourcing activities, run tenders, and negotiate contracts.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead procurement activities for Facilities Management services
  • Run tender processes and supplier sourcing exercises
  • Build RFP packs and manage competitive tender events
  • Negotiate FM service contracts and commercial terms
  • Work closely with FM teams and internal stakeholders
