Our client is seeking a Supply Chain / Supplier Development Manager to join their Sub-Assemblies team in the Defence sector. You will manage supplier performance, capability, and risk across multiple programmes in a dynamic, high-technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers, improving delivery, quality, and efficiency
- Conduct capacity audits, process validation, and lead-time analysis
- Identify, escape, and mitigate supply chain risks
- Implement improvement plans using lean and problem-solving techniques
- Support supply chain excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- Degree level supply chain professional with international experience in high-tech environments
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or highly regulated environments, particularly machining and surface treatments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
