As a key member of the Engineering Service Support Team, this Field Service Engineer role will play a crucial part in delivering world-class solutions to factories and intralogistics sites by maintaining, servicing and repairing transportation, conveyor and material handling systems. The role involves planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault-finding, making improvement recommendations, participation in a callout rota, and machine maintenance aligned with customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance and suggest system improvements. * Complete the service rota efficiently. * Ensure safety compliance and conduct mechanical/electrical repairs. * Collaborate with the team for innovation and system enhancements. * Working with head office on incoming priorities to plan your day and visits. * Manage incident/accident reporting and implement preventive strategies. * Prioritise workload for effective time management.
