An established, high-volume FMCG / manufacturing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead its site maintenance function. This role offers the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic, performance-driven production environment that values innovation, safety, and continuous improvement. As Maintenance Manager, you will take full ownership of the site’s maintenance program, ensuring all equipment, utilities, and facilities are effectively maintained and fully compliant with safety and operational requirements. You will be responsible for developing and driving maintenance strategies that enhance reliability, efficiency, and production performance. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess maintenance effectiveness, identify training needs, and lead improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
