You will join a Software Quality Assurance function supporting engineering teams delivering complex software-driven systems. The role focuses on strengthening quality processes, supporting development teams throughout the software lifecycle, and helping ensure high-integrity products are delivered to customers. This position provides strong exposure to quality assurance best practice while allowing career development within a broader engineering quality community.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in software development, testing, or quality assurance across the full lifecycle
  • Understanding of software quality standards, regulatory requirements, or assurance processes
  • Experience conducting or supporting audits is beneficial
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across technical teams
  • Confident influencing improvements while remaining objective and collaborative
  • Experience identifying project risks and reporting quality findings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with configuration control, documentation, or requirements management tools is advantageous

You will be required to go to work on a Hybrid basis in Bristol.
