Overview
We are recruiting several Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Managers to support the next generation of complex systems for a global defence customer base. The ILS Manager role offers the opportunity to develop programme management and customer-facing skills while working on high-profile international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ILS activities to ensure effective through-life support of systems
- Apply predictive logistics models to optimise availability and performance
- Plan and coordinate support activities from supply chain through to customer delivery
- Manage multiple priorities and resolve issues across programmes
- Contribute to the development of support models and strategies
About You
- Proven experience in Integrated Logistic Support/ILS Management is essential
- Broad engineering background; degree in a technical/numerate discipline beneficial
- Knowledge of weapon or complex systems support models preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
