Innovate NI is seeking a part time Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of E-DATA (Enhanced Digital Adoption and Transformation for All), an ambitious cross-border programme helping SMEs embrace digital innovation, improve competitiveness, and accelerate sustainable growth. The successful candidate will play a role in supporting SME engagement, coordinating mentoring and programme activities, maintaining records and reporting, and helping ensure successful delivery of programme targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of E-DATA activities
- Manage SME engagement and progression through programme supports
- Coordinate mentoring activities and participant onboarding
- Maintain programme records and reporting systems
- Assist with KPI monitoring, compliance, and financial reporting
- Support workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience supporting projects, programmes, or funded initiatives
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with businesses and stakeholders
About E-DATA
E-DATA is a cross-border initiative supporting over 1,000 SMEs across Northern Ireland and the Border Counties to adopt digital technologies, strengthen innovation capability, improve sustainability performance, and build new collaborative opportunities. The programme is delivered through a partnership including Ulster University, Atlantic Technological University, Innovate NI, Sustainable NI, and Manufacturing NI.
