The kitchen is at the heart of all of our homes, and so are our Dining Room Assistants. They ensure the smooth running of each mealtime by preparing the dining room, assisting our residents with their meals and ensuring everything is clean and tidy. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Our Dining Room Assistants help to improve the health of our residents by providing them with well balanced meals. Being kind and caring is key to this role, and with great training opportunities and career progression, there’s no better time to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the dining room for mealtimes and assist residents with meals
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining and service area
  • Support residents to eat and ensure their comfort during meals
  • Follow training and care procedures to promote residents’ health and well-being
