About The Role
Our Care Assistants are the backbone of what we do. They provide top‑quality care to our residents and are looking for hard‑working, dedicated, kind people who will go the extra mile. The role may not be glamorous, but it is one of the most important and rewarding jobs out there. Care Assistants keep residents’ health and wellbeing in mind by assisting with daily tasks – such as helping with meals, personal care, providing one‑to‑one support, and encouraging independence.
