We are looking for a proactive and organised Technical Services Configuration Management Lead to support the management, deployment and maintenance of IT equipment across multiple healthcare locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate ICT asset records, imaging desktops and laptops, managing stock across various sites, processing asset information within Service Desk Plus, and coordinating equipment deliveries and collections.
You will also liaise with suppliers regarding warranty repairs, support incident and service request management, and ensure asset disposal procedures are followed in line with organisational policies. Working closely with the wider ICT team, you will help maintain safe, organised storage areas, monitor asset performance, identify opportunities to improve processes, and provide cover for the Technical Services Configuration Management Lead when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, good customer service skills, and an interest in IT asset management within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
