We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team and lead the delivery of complex digital programmes across acute, community, and primary care settings. You’ll play a key role in supporting major system priorities — working across organisational boundaries to implement solutions that deliver real, measurable impact for services and patients. About You
- Proven experience delivering complex projects, ideally within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- A track record of driving delivery and maintaining momentum in fast‑paced, change‑focused environments.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- The ability to manage risk, challenge constructively, and influence outcomes at all levels.
