Reporting to the EPR Infrastructure Lead you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of end user computing equipment and networking infrastructure to ensure that our Oracle EPR meets the varied needs of our client base. You’ll use your problem‑solving skills to tackle technical issues across a range of devices and systems, supporting staff throughout the Trusts. You’ll help ensure every user receives a smooth and positive experience when accessing the Oracle EPR and wider ICT Services.
