Are you an experienced EPR Change Manager with prior EPR Oracle Millennium implementation experience who understands the clinical, operational and safety implications of introducing digital workflows into live hospital services? We are looking for experienced change professionals with critical EPR experience, knowledge and skills, who have a passion for improving services and patient care to come and join us in delivering EPR transformation across our organisation.

Working with teams across the organisation, you'll champion positive change, manage risks and challenges, and keep patient outcomes at the heart of everything you do. If you have the confidence and skill mix to drive change initiatives from planning through to implementation, engaging stakeholders, developing change and training plans, supporting new ways of working, and ensuring successful adoption of improvements we would welcome your application.
