At Innovate Healthcare Services, we partner with NHS organisations across Warwickshire to deliver digital transformation that improves services, outcomes, and patient care. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team and lead the delivery of complex digital programmes across acute, community, and primary care settings.
You'll play a key role in supporting major system priorities — working across organisational boundaries to implement solutions that deliver real, measurable impact for services and patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at the forefront of digital change in health and care, where delivery, collaboration, and impact are at the heart of everything we do.
About you
- Proven experience delivering complex projects, ideally within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- A track record of driving delivery and maintaining momentum in fast-paced, change-focused environments.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- The ability to manage risk, challenge constructively, and influence outcomes at all levels.
