We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to take on the role of Head of Technology Services, Security and Endpoint Management. This pivotal position sits within Innovate's Technology Directorate and is responsible for delivering enterprise‐class endpoint and security management services across four healthcare organisations in Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. The role oversees a significant digital estate of over 14,000 devices and a user base of more than 12,500 staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full endpoint lifecycle, from build and deployment through to retirement.
  • Deliver robust, secure, and resilient endpoint security services, infrastructure, and systems.
  • Implement and mature a zero‐touch device provisioning model supported by high‐quality user self‐service.
  • Grow and develop the Security and Endpoint team to support all Innovate customers, networks, and devices.
  • Increase the use of automation across endpoint deployment processes and cyber‐incident response.

About You

You will bring substantial experience in managing large‐scale Windows environments and a strong understanding of the security standards required to operate them safely. Even if endpoint management has not been your primary focus in previous roles, your broad technical knowledge and ability to lead in complex environments will allow you to excel.
