Lead the delivery of cyber security systems, infrastructure, and services for all Innovate customers and stakeholders. Manage customer endpoint services throughout their lifecycle and achieve and maintain security certifications such as Cyber Essentials Plus, while considering future standards like NCSC CAF.
Contribute to the specification, design, development, and implementation of the technology strategy to support Innovate and its customers. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical specialists to ensure Innovate has the right skills for current and future technology platforms. Maintain hands-on knowledge and skills in cybersecurity systems, infrastructure, services, and next-generation technologies.
Develop expertise in a range of endpoint devices, considering diverse customer needs, and ensure secure, integrated Network Access Control across Acute, Out of Hospital, and Primary Care sectors. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with technology platforms and services.
Collaborate with the technology team and wider business to agree on the design and implementation of a holistic process of continual service improvement, manage and develop relationships with third-party suppliers, and drive the Security and Endpoint technology team to excel in a dynamic environment.
Provide comprehensive endpoint management, including pre-order activities, build, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, with an emphasis on zero-touch deployment. Oversee complete cybersecurity management to ensure the security of customers, endpoints, networks, and services, covering endpoint patching health, vulnerability scanning, and extensive anti-malware systems, processes, and services.
Administer immutable backup servers and services, encompassing capacity management and systematic testing, and manage extensive endpoint replenishment programs. Daily leadership and management of the Security and Endpoint team responsible for delivering technology and infrastructure platforms to Innovate and its customers.
