Our Out of Hospital and Primary Care team are looking for a Community EPR Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of an exciting digital transformation initiative. As an EPR Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project and Programme Managers to coordinate project activities, maintain key documentation and support governance meetings.
This varied role combines project coordination and administrative support, including managing action, risk and issue logs, supporting engagement and go-live activities, coordinating meetings and mailbox management. If you are organised, detail-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
