Responsibilities

  • Provide complex care for a young client in a 2:1 long-term, family-home placement.
  • Work within structured care plans and contribute to a warm, engaging daily routine.
  • Deliver compassionate, professional support to promote the client’s health, safety and independence.

Requirements

  • Recent UK care experience
  • Car driver
  • Hold full right to work in the UK
  • Hold at least 12 months of care experience including: seizure management; tracheostomy care; nebuliser therapy; oral suctioning
  • Compassion, professionalism, reliability
  • Good communication skills and IT confidence
  • Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
  • Understanding of safeguarding
  • Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
