Responsibilities
- Provide complex care for a young client in a 2:1 long-term, family-home placement.
- Work within structured care plans and contribute to a warm, engaging daily routine.
- Deliver compassionate, professional support to promote the client’s health, safety and independence.
Requirements
- Recent UK care experience
- Car driver
- Hold full right to work in the UK
- Hold at least 12 months of care experience including: seizure management; tracheostomy care; nebuliser therapy; oral suctioning
- Compassion, professionalism, reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
