Job Summary
Full time position, minimum 2 shifts per week, in Peacehaven. Salary is £14‑£16 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. You must hold full right to work in the UK and be able to drive.
Your Role
Provide safe, outstanding care for a male client with complex healthcare and developmental needs, including neurological, physical, sensory and emotional support. Assist with daily living, implement care plans, administer medication, and deliver compassionate, tailored support to promote independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Implement and review care plans.
- Administer medication as prescribed.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 12 months of home‑care experience.
- Experience with complex needs including brain injury, visual impairments, behavioural and learning difficulties.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Compassionate, professional, reliable and calm.
- Excellent communication skills and IT confidence.
- Willingness to work as part of a family‑centred care team.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to recognise deterioration in psychological and physical health.
Training and Development
