Working pattern: Days – 8am till 8pm (Wed – Sun). Nights (Sleep in) 8pm till 8am (Wed – Sun)
Requirements: To be eligible to apply, you must hold full right to work in the UK and must be a car driver – ideally a manual car driver.
Full training provided.
Complex Care Role: You will join a complex care team to deliver safe, high-quality care to a female client requiring specialist support. You will typically support one client at a time in a stable, long-term role.
Responsibilities include:
- Ventilation via tracheostomy
- Nebulisation
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning via tracheostomy
- Cough assist
- Oxygen therapy
- Spo2 monitoring
- Moving and handling
- Epilepsy experience
- Enteral feeding (e.g., PEG, jejunal tube)
- Assisting with communication, particularly for those who are non-verbal or have limited verbal abilities
- Administration of medication via PEG

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 12 months of care experience
- Experience with complex needs would be advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
