Your Role: As the Complex Care Healthcare Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, outstanding care of our male twin clients in Aylesbury. You will support your client in a stable, long‑term environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cerebral palsy care
- Dystonia care
- Oral suctioning
- PEG feeding
- Oxygen therapy
- Seizure management
Requirements:
- Confident swimmer
- At least 12 months of complex care experience
- Experience with complex needs is advantageous
- Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
- Good communication skills and IT confidence
- Willingness to be part of a family‑centred care team
- Understanding of safeguarding
- Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
