About The Role:
We are looking for experienced Live in Carers to support a young client with complex needs in a 2:1 long‑term, stable placement based in a family home setting. The role suits someone with strong complex care experience, a warm, engaging, proactive approach, and confidence in working within structured care plans while bringing positive energy and meaningful engagement to the client’s daily routine.

- Understanding of safeguarding
