Introduction
An apprentice estimator involves supporting the estimating team by reviewing project drawings, preparing cost estimates, and helping to submit accurate tenders.

Innovaré specialises in offsite construction using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). The company was launched in 2007 and has an impressive track record of delivery, both on our own projects and in partnership with developers and main contractors. Innovaré specialises in projects in Education, healthcare and residential and previous projects include Thames Park Secondary School, Kingfisher Court and numerous affordable housing contracts including Kender Estate.
What You'll Do
- Reviewing tender documents
- Measuring passive fire protection and structural elements,
- Obtaining supplier quotes
- Supporting cost estimates for materials and labour
- Supporting project handovers
Training Outcome
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will have the chance to work as a qualified estimator, which in turn can lead onto other senior level roles within the organisation.
