We are seeking an experienced Lift Engineer/Elevator Engineer to join our growing team as a Technical Support & Installation Engineer. This role is ideal for someone with lift industry experience who wants to expand their career into a technical specialist position, working with advanced lift monitoring and Autodialler technology. You will be responsible for installation, commissioning, technical support, and product testing, while developing into a product expert within the business. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will support customers and engineers across the UK while gaining exposure to new technology, product development and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission and configure lift monitoring and autodialler products;
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and engineers via phone, e-mail and site visits;
- Assist with testing and development of new and existing products;
- Support the delivery of technical training sessions for engineers and partners;
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with lift industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lift Engineer (essential);
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of lift systems;
- Experience with installation, commissioning or fault finding on Autodialler equipment;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Good technical communication and problem-solving skills;
- Full UK driving licence.
