We are seeking an experienced Lift Engineer/Elevator Engineer to join our growing team as a Technical Support. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers and engineers via phone, e-mail and site visits; assisting with testing and development of new and existing products; supporting the delivery of technical training sessions for engineers and partners; and ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with lift industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lift Engineer (essential)
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of lift systems
- Experience with installation, commissioning or fault finding on Autodialler equipment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good technical communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
