Experienced CSM architect to support on transversal design topics with a special focus on OnePortal integration between Adobe and ServiceNow.
Technical & Functional Experience:
- Good knowledge of CSDM
- Excellent product roadmap awareness
- Excellent knowledge of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer
- Experience of integrations with 3rd party tools (scripted APIs and Integration Hub)
- Excellent knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its core features (main applications, shared capabilities, CMDB…)
- Portal management and customization
- Excellent knowledge of CSM, data exchange between Portal, CSM Portal, Service Catalog definition and setup with practical experiences
- 10+ years Hands-on ServiceNow with 3+ years on CSM & CSM Portal
- Designing and prototyping skills, transforming ideas into solutions leveraging SN product capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English: Excellent
