We are looking for a skilled Business Training and Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP S4 Hana / ECC, Ariba Guided Buying, excellent communication skills, and prior experience as a Super User or Trainer. This role is essential in developing and delivering training and communications programs that support the Solventum deployment of SAP S4 Hana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on SAP S4 Hana.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of SAP S4 Hana functionalities.
- Develop clear and effective communication strategies to promote training programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to educate employees on best practices and new features of SAP S4 Hana systems.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, addressing any questions or concerns related to SAP S4 Hana systems.
- Leverage prior experience as a Super User or Trainer to provide expert insights and practical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
