OEM Build Technician for a twelve-month contract at Peterborough.

Overall, three years of good engine and mechanical diagnostic/problem solving skills.

Previous experience in engine test/research and development, in building and stripping internal combustion engines, or equivalent transferable skills.

An engineering or motor mechanics apprenticeship, some relevant work experience and have completed some form of relevant higher education.

Follow documented standard work procedures/instructions to perform safe and defect free engine build, strip and rebuild tasks that allow for high quality data collection.

Collaborate and communicate with engineers responsible for engine test programs.

Support value stream improvements projects and utilise Lean tools (BIQ, CI, 5S).
