As a machine Operator you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing team by operating and monitoring machinery across various production lines. This role requires versatility and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead to meet production goals. Operate and monitor machinery as assigned to ensure smooth production flow.

Participate in all production line activities, including machine operation, packing, palletising, and replenishing materials.

Ensure all required materials are available and ordered in alignment with production schedules.

Conduct quality and safety checks in accordance with company standards.

Adjust machinery during changeovers and ensure the correct setup for production runs.

Maintain production line records, ensuring accurate tracking of material use, yield, and traceability.
Health & Safety Compliance

Follow all health and safety guidelines and report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately.

Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any issues to the relevant supervisor.

Adhere to all PPE requirements and ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.
Quality Control

Verify raw materials against specifications before use to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness in the production area and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product integrity.
