This is your opportunity to take ownership of a marketing function from day one. Our client is growing, and as part of that growth, they’re creating their first dedicated marketing lead. Someone who can turn plans into action, take the reins, and help shape the way the organisation communicates internally and externally.
There’s already a strategy, brand and tactical campaign plan in place. Your job is to take what’s been built, bring structure to it, and lead the day-to-day output with support from a junior executive and senior leadership. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, influence direction, and build a marketing function that scales with the organisation.
If you’ve been waiting for that step up, to lead a function, grow your own team and work closely with exec-level stakeholders – this is that chance. It’s a role with real variety, where you’ll get involved in everything from external campaigns to internal comms, events, PR and social media. There’s also budget to work with and a CRM project due later this year that you’ll help deliver.
You’ll be joining a values-driven organisation that already works with some of the UK’s most recognisable employers. But there’s still a huge opportunity to increase awareness of what they do – and you’ll be central to that.
Why consider it?- Total ownership from day one – autonomy to build, lead and shape how marketing works
- A chance to take existing strategic work and drive it forward with your own ideas
- Work with a supportive exec team and report directly into the Chief Digital & Commercial Officer
- Manage and mentor a junior exec and help build a high-performing marketing function
- Be part of a values-led business with a clear mission and impact in the charity sector
- A marketing budget already in place (excluding your salary and CRM)
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Liverpool office
- Experience Managing Marketing Campaigns including; Social Media, Digital Marketing and Events
