As a Delivery Manager, you will work with top-class engineering and product squads to ship innovative features. You will be part of a people-focused company committed to inclusivity and promoting psychological safety for their teams. You will collaborate with a cross-functional squad managing a range of live platforms used by a large number of users.

The client has a project delivery team supported by a core product function and a wealth of talent in Engineering, UX, Digital Analytics, and Data. They have various squads focusing on Marketplace, eCommerce, and Customer Experiences, attracting over 50 million unique visitors annually.

Essential Skills:
  • At least 4-5 years working within the delivery of tech projects (web, app, platforms)
  • Experience with cross-functional delivery teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Analytics)
  • People-focused mindset; enjoys getting the most out of people and finds satisfaction in progress
  • Practical Agile experience, comfortable with multiple methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to handle difficult conversations as well as positive ones
Desirable Skills:
  • A decent understanding of technical concepts; able to discuss backend services or APIs
  • Understanding of eCommerce journeys or payment gateways
  • Experience managing project budgets effectively
