Overview
Want your next contract to actually make a difference? Weâre looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a team that helps charities amplify the amazing work they do every day.
You will play a key role in driving vital improvements to their payroll platform. Theyâre amid an exciting transformation, modernising their internal systems and, therefore, you will have a crucial impact on the delivery of improved Gift Aid processing. Consequently, weâre focusing our attention on those with Gift Aid/HMRC reporting experience at this time.
It is expected that youâll bring a lot of âbeen there, done thatâ experience when it comes to asking the right questions to build a cohesive picture of what needs to be done. Once you understand that, youâll clearly map and define processes within Jira. This role will see you engaging with internal stakeholders, including SMEs, payroll, and finance teams, to clearly document business requirements. Youâll facilitate workshops, capture critical insights, and ensure requirements are detailed, accurate, and actionable, allowing the development team to deliver effectively. As they look to mature their agility within the business, a lot of the work right now will be carried out using a more traditional Waterfall approach â we hope that youâre adaptable to this and recognise that transformation programmes take time, and the right people to help get to the end goal. Any experience working with third-party development teams and/or low-code platforms would be handy to see as well.
In summary, theyâre a lovely bunch of people doing great things for the third sector. They need an experienced BA who can add value straight away. Apply now if you think this sounds like something youâd like to be a part of.
Thanks,
Seniority level
