The role focuses on delivering a structured, phased customer migration to about 1,500 clients, with client-facing delivery responsibilities rather than technical build.
You will own the rollout plan, coordinate communications, training and readiness ahead of each go-live, and report progress to senior stakeholders to keep milestones on track.
