You will join a cross-functional squad responsible for customer-facing digital products used by millions of members across retail, rewards, and ecommerce-style experiences. The business is investing heavily in product, engineering, AI tooling, and internal capability building, creating a real opportunity to shape product culture, delivery standards, and customer experience from an early stage.
The role: You will own one of the UK product squads end-to-end, partnering closely with the Tech Lead and UX Designer while working directly with the CTO and wider business. This is a delivery-first product environment. Discovery matters but shipping matters more. They want someone who can move quickly, make pragmatic decisions, run smart experiments, and measure success by what happens in production.
What you will be doing:
- Owning the squad roadmap, backlog, priorities, and quarterly outcomes
- Shipping meaningful product improvements every sprint, with a strong focus on measurable customer and commercial impact
- Driving experimentation across activation, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics
