We are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. What Your Role Looks Like As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business growth by generating opportunities for our servicing and maintenance solutions in support of our Sales Representatives. Contacting prospective customers in care homes, the NHS, local authorities and multi-academy trusts, you will spark new conversations, focusing on achieving 30 connected calls per day. You will also research prospective and existing customers, identify key decision-makers and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Additionally, you will: - Report to the Service Manager and work in support of Sales Representatives - Create and manage email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns - Follow up on leads from events, exhibitions and CPD sessions - Develop account plans for multi-site organisations - Review previous installations to identify potential service customers - Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information - Arrange site visits, technical input and proposal requests What We Need From You To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need: - Previous experience in telephone sales, lead generation, customer service or a call centre environment - Confidence communicating with customers over the phone and via video calls - Excellent organisational and time management skills - The ability to quickly understand technical and service-related concepts and explain them clearly Other organisations may call this role BDE, Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Executive, Telesales Executive, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Outbound Sales Advisor, or Business Development Advisor.
